Serving Techniques That Create An Exceptional Guest Experience

Hundreds of food and beverage establishments exist across Manitoba. All require skilled, competent and engaging servers who bring to the job a professional attitude and a love of working with the public. This 3 hour workshop provides food and beverage servers with an interesting and valuable learning opportunity that will help servers become even more skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Much of the content is based on the nationally recognized standards that have been established by professionals in the industry. At the end of the workshop, participants will: Understand the importance and benefits of presenting oneself in a professional manner Be able to prepare and deliver a quality dining experience from start to finish Learn how to deal with concerns and complaints in an effective manner Take away top service etiquette tips to provide service excellence to all.
