Serving Techniques That Create An Exceptional Guest Experience CLASSROOM

Hundreds of restaurants and full service hotels in Manitoba require skilled, competent servers who will bring a professional attitude and enjoy working with the public.

This 3 hour session will provide new and existing food and beverage servers with a hands-on learning opportunity to help them increase their skills and knowledge. Much of the content is based on nationally recognized occupational standards that have been established by professionals in the industry.

By the end of the session, servers will be able to:

  1. Understand the importance and benefits of providing consistent and professional table service.
  2. Know the importance of working as a team with both front and back of the house staff to deliver a quality dining experience from start to finish.
  3. Practice the food service stages from being prepared and serving courses to wrapping up the service experience.
  4. Take away top table service techniques to provide service excellence to all.
