We are currently hiring for the following position:
Front Desk Supervisor
Reporting to the Front Desk Manager the Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the activities of the hotel front desk within hotel guidelines to provide the highest standard of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels. The Front Desk Supervisor will assign, coordinate, and supervise work activities of front desk agents. You will train and develop front desk agents, prepare staffing schedules, and monitor labor costs to budget figures. The Front Desk Supervisor will perform house counts and review daily arrivals, identify potential problems with rooms’ activity and take appropriate action.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a supervisory Front Desk position. You will, possess strong communication, time-management and organizational skills, leadership skills, be able to think quickly on your feet, and creatively problem solve, while maintaining excellent attention to detail. You must have the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guest and team members.
