The Customer Service Team Leader’s primary objective is to plan, direct and supervise the operations of the customer service department in order to ensure efficiency, excellent service and memorable customer experience. He/she is responsible to perform administrative duties, operational tasks. He/she also ensures the continuous improvement of processes and team development.

Main tasks will also include:

 Welcome customers, answer questions, provide pertinent information and suggestions

 Maintain quality and consistency of service in compliance with "Pratik Nordik"

 Select and interview candidates

 Plan resources in line with budgets

 Open and close the site in accordance with the operational checklists

The selected incumbent will be required to have the following:

 College or University degree in tourism, hospitality, administration or human resource management

 Minimum three years of experience in customer service

 Experience in leading a team

 Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office

 Experience in a tourism sector

Additional Assets:

 Bilingual – English and French

 Experience of the SpaBooker system

Work schedule:

Variable schedule (day, evenings, weekends)
