A one hour session in the Retail Training series that will give you the opportunity to discuss various ways to interact with your customers in a “real” and natural way, without sounding as if you are reading from a script.
The focus will be placed on assessing the customer’s needs and helping them make their best purchasing decision, giving them the sense of being respected and valued. Learn to communicate professionally by being yourself!

MYSTERY SHOPPER PROGRAM
Do you wonder about the experience a customer has when they come in to your store to shop? Are they greeted promptly and met with smiling faces? A trained mystery shopper can visit your store and provide you with information on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge or any other area that you wish to be evaluated. Mystery shops are an excellent way for a retail manager/owner to see their business through a customer’s eyes. Your individual needs are assessed and a customized program can be set up for you. If you don’t look after your customer, someone else will!
