Suggestive Selling

3 hour workshop

Many people see the role of food and beverage servers as "order takers" - their job is to take the guest's order and deliver the food and beverages. In fact, by anticipating and understanding the guest's wants, needs and expectations, servers play a major role in contributing to their guest's overall experience. Using suggestive selling techniques can help servers become "order makers", and WOW their guests! All skills are based on the emerit National Occupational Standards for Food and Beverage Server.

Take-away support material is provided and participants receive a certificate of recognition.
