Course Descriptions
Résumé Development - build a résumé that can gain an employer's attention and give them the information they need to get you an interview.
Job Search Skills - your job search cannot be done effectively without the right skills and strategies. Even the best résumé will not get you a job if you do not know how to find employers interested in your skills and qualifications.
Interviewing Skills - the résumé gets you the interview, but the interview gets you the job. In this workshop we look at the skills you need for successful interviewing.
Self Confidence & Networking Advantage for Job Seekers - networking opens the door to many unadvertised jobs you would otherwise never know about. Self Confidence is the difference maker that lets you excel and stand out in your next job interview.
Computer & Online Fundamentals - proper use of the computer and various online tools are essential in today’s job market. This workshop covers resources like online presence for jobs, computer skills expected in jobs today in terms of computer platforms, software and tools etc.
