This makes conflict resolution critical, whether it is avoiding arguments, expressing opinions or resolving team conflicts. Many conflicts would escalate if appropriate conflict resolution skills were not utilized. In this session we explore sources of conflict and how to use the necessary skills to resolve workplace conflict resulting in a happier and healthier work environment.
