Clean It Right - MTEC Enhanced Cleaning Program, Has Launched!

MTEC launched the new Clean It Right program on May 26th and literally hundreds of people  registered and started taking the on-line training program.

Soon you will start seeing the Clean It Right decals on business windows and doors. You will know that these businesses have made the commitment to provide a clean and safe environment for their customers and employees.

Several hotels, restaurants and other tourism businesses in Manitoba are training their entire staff on the Clean It Right enhanced cleaning program.  Businesses in Kenora, Rainy River and surrounding areas, will also become Clean It Right certified!

Who should take this training?

This training is definitely for the cleaning staff and contract cleaners, but the cleaners could never keep up with the scope or frequency required to have a safe and clean business. It is recommended that those who are typically "non-cleaning" staff also take this training.

Businesses that train all of their cleaning staff and contract cleaners will receive the window/door decal and be able to use the Clean It Right logo in their marketing material and website.  They will also be listed as Clean It Right certified in the 2021 Travel Manitoba Visitor's Guide.

Clean It Right will be offered to tourism, hospitality and retail businesses in Manitoba FREE until June 1, 2021.
