Succession Planning for Long-Term Sustainability
Are
you hiring employees that, with training and experience, will be able
to be promoted into supervisory and management positions? Are you
providing opportunities for your employees to grow within your
organization? If you aren't, you may be training your employees for jobs
with your competitors.
With
all of the new hotels, restaurants and retailers in Manitoba competing
not only for your customers, but also for your employees, you want to
make sure that yours remain loyal to your business. Retaining
well-trained employees is critical to the short and long-term
sustainability of your business. Employees need to see an opportunity
for advancement without having to go elsewhere to be recognized.
MTEC will be offering this new session complimentary for one time only!
