MTEC Focus Group

MTEC recently conducted a focus group in which we gathered feedback regarding issues that the industry is facing.  One of the re-occurring issues was the difficulty businesses are having with managing and retaining their younger workers. In order to address this industry issue, we have  developed a workshop entitled,  Younger Workers: Why They Stay & Why They Leave. We are pleased to offer this workshop complimentary on October 23, from 1:00pm-4:00pm. For more information, please click here.

We would like to thank all of the businesses that participated in our Focus Group. This is one of the ways that MTEC can ensure that we are meeting industry needs by keeping our curriculum current and relevant.
