Handling Difficult Situations - for Supervisors and Managers
Whether
you are a new supervisor or have been in a management position for
years, knowing how to handle difficult situations can mean the
difference in retaining employees and customers, or losing them to the
competition. In most cases, a customer wants to see the manager or
supervisor when there is a problem, or if the problem wasn't
satisfactorily handled by the front line employee. Knowing how to
resolve the customer's complaint, without throwing the staff person
"under the bus" can make you a truly effective boss.
This workshop provides a practical guide on how to handle difficult situations effectively and ensure successful outcomes.
WHEN: January 15, 2015 TIME: 9:00am-12:00pm COST: Complimentary (one time only!); Regular $40.00+GST For more information, please click here, or call the office at 204-957-7437 or email register@mtec.mb.ca.
