| DESCRIPTION: | We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our kitchen and bath showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for design, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service. You will help guide clients through product selections, provide accurate quotes, and support them throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a professional, helpful experience Assist homeowners, contractors, and designers with product selections Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals Maintain product knowledge on fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, and accessories Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and deadlines Qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Experience in kitchen & bath, home improvement, interior design, or construction is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Ability to learn technical product information Comfortable working with computers and quoting systems Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Bathroom & Kitchen knowledge recommended. Hours would range between both showrooms 32-40hrs Saturday availability a must Wage between $17-$24 depending on experience |
