Reading and Understanding Financial Statements and Using them as a Management Tool CLASSROOM
You will learn the form and function of each of the three main financial statements: the Balance Sheet, the Income Statement, and the Source and Application of Funds. You will also learn management concepts such as Trend Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Break Even Analysis, Financial Forecasting (Budgeting), and Cash Flow Forecasting using industry specific examples. You will understand each of the main statements and develop an individual plan to use the financial management tools on a regular basis to identify situations before they become problems.
