Handling Difficult Situations and When You Shouldn't CLASSROOM

Module 1 focuses on how to respond to difficult situations to prevent the situation from escalating. One of the main goals of the first module is for you to be able to properly deal with a difficult situation and reach a mutually acceptable resolution; continuing to support your business where possible.
Some situations may escalate beyond your ability to ensure the safety and well-being of yourself, your co-workers and your customers, and may require calling 911. This will be covered in Module 2.
