Communication Skills Training for the Success of your Business
Why does it seem that some people find it easy to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, while for others it is more difficult? Some people may be born with these communication tools, but for most, the skills are learned and practised. The objective of this workshop is to help participants learn and develop effective business communication skills. By attending the workshop, participants will learn about: - the communication process - types of communication - active listening - asking the right questions - delivering the intended message - communication barriers - dealing with miscommunication and misinterpretation of messages. By the end of the workshop, participants should: - know the types of communication - be aware of the components necessary for receiving and delivering successful messages - have an understanding of effective communication - be able to recognize and address communication barriers, miscommunication and misinterpretation of messages - understand how to improve their communication abilities.
