Crime and its Impact on Your Employees & Customers CLASS *NEW*
Have you thought about the impact, short and long term, that crime has on your business? Is your staff trained to deal with certain situations, like someone entering your establishment with the intent to rob or steal?
This session will discuss different scenarios and how they should be handled to minimize the impact. There will be a focus on incident preparation and you will learn strategies to keep your employees and customers safe.
Valuable information from previous crime/safety sessions will be included in this session, including the Armed Robbery Response Training: Employee and Customer Safety Protocols. This training has been developed and is being delivered by a Hospitality Security Consultant who was a former Winnipeg Police Service Sergeant.
This training is suitable for all staff levels and can be integrated into comprehensive workplace safety programs.
