This practical, interactive webinar helps supervisors, managers, and leaders recognize potential early and develop people intentionally—without needing large budgets or formal HR systems. Participants learn how to spot readiness and strengths, have effective coaching conversations, and create realistic development opportunities.
By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Identify potential using observable behaviours—not just current performance
- Distinguish “high performer” needs from “high potential” development needs
- Use coaching questions that build ownership, problem-solving, and confidence
- Create low-cost development opportunities that fit busy operations
- Deliver feedback that improves performance while keeping people engaged
- Leave with a 2-week personal leadership action plan to spot and grow potential
