The session covers the importance of personal development, considering background, feelings, triggers, desires and drive. Participants will learn to better understand self and better understand others, as well as identifying the needs of those they service.

This session will help people stop running on auto-pilot and recognize that self-management is in their own hands and should be an on-going endeavour to improve personal and professional relationships.
