How is one person able to move forward from a life change like losing their job, or a traumatic setback on the job, and a seemingly similar event causes someone else to get stuck or go into a downward spiral?

The intent of this session is to provide:

  • A background understanding of what resilience is and how it works.
  • An understanding of the power Mindfulness to enable meaningful change.
  • Awareness of tools for establishing thought and behaviour patterns that create Resilience.
