Build a Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ZOOM
An organization is only as good as it's culture and building that culture is not only a role for HR, it's every manager's and employee's responsibility. This session is designed for leaders of all levels. We will review foundational concepts and topics of diversity, equity and inclusion and by the end of the session, participants will be able to adapt key concepts and take away inclusive practices they can immediately apply at work.

- Identify and discuss the foundational concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
- Touch on the elements of workplace diversity with a focus on gender, age and cultural diversity
- Explain the concept of unconscious bias and how it manifests in a workplace environment
