Policies and Procedures are an essential risk management tool which strengthen the alignment between your people and your process. As organizations grow and adapt to changing conditions it becomes essential that employees have guidance when completing procedures which may be due to the risk of the situation, or need to adhere to strict standards of compliance.
This session will help people involved in the policy design, administration and management to create policies which start with clear intent, a clear explanation of why the policy is in place, and the control measures to ensure the policy is effective.
Each policy will have at least one Procedure and we will discuss alternatives for writing SOP or Standard Operating Procedures.
