DESCRIPTION: As Marketing Program Manager:
You will contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and lead implementation of marketing tactis and programs including webinars, direct marketing, content and social media.
You will work with intermediary sales and strategic relationship colleagues to define key audience segments and appropriate positioning, and agree firm and channel specific content.
You will develop concise and creative briefs and program plans promoting alcohol and non-alcohol beverages where you are accountable for execution of tactics across email, print, media and digital communications working with key marketing team members across Product Marketing, Content, DM, Social, Events, Advertising and PR.
Cultivate day-to day internal and partner relationships where you drive discussions for continual improvement of marketing programs.
You actively raise ideas for improving programs and are encouraged to try new approaches.
Maintain a deep understanding of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages competitive landscape and sales channel differences.
You are data driven, and use data in your daily marketing process to review and optimize campaigns and marketing tactics. Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations for improvement against benchmarks and against campaign and strategy goals.
You maintain and communicate the status—including issues, deliverables and progress—around a variety of project plans in support of client and channel initiatives.

These skills will help you succeed in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant area
• 3 - 5 years of professional marketing experience, in beverage branding.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and formulation of marketing strategy and robust programs; outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to tell stories.
• Keen analytical eye with the ability to identify trends in data and turn them into meaningful insights.
• Excellent organization, execution, and program management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Strategic, creative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work in partnership and prioritize projects as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite.

An experienced social media and Community Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts and manage our brand presence across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo), and the web (news media and our blog). The successful candidate loves social media and uses it daily and effectively for their personal brand (and is willing to show these during the interview process). They will be responsible for curating our existing brand assets to create a cohesive brand presence and strategy that connects customers with our brands.
