Diversity in the Workplace ZOOM
This session explains that participants are diverse; the teams they work with are diverse; the people they serve are diverse and the benefit of embracing diversity.
Objectives:
Building confidence with respect to diversity
Diversifying teams
Fostering inclusivity
Identifying benefits to customers
Increasing awareness of bias
Participants will learn how diversity in the workplace is now a priority; barriers to service for some diverse customers; the benefits of the service team being diverse and understanding the difference between diversity and inclusion.
