Teambuilding and Conflict Resolution Skills
A group of people working together is not necessarily working as a team. When you walk through an organization you can sense immediately if it has an effectively functioning team. There is a sense of purpose. The cohesiveness of effort and cooperation that you can see creates a cordial atmosphere. In this workshop we will discuss the importance of teamwork and how you can become a team player.
