In the workplace this can result in low productivity, high absenteeism, and can make one more susceptible to error or injury. All of this can come at a big cost-both to the individual and the employer.

In this session participants will learn how to:

  • Distinguish between healthy and unhealthy stress
  • Understand how prolonged stress can affect physical and mental well-being
  • Use tools and techniques to deal with stress
