Readiness should be a business value. Rather than REACTING to sudden happenings such as forest fires, floods, extreme weather, power outages, health issues and other unexpected events, let’s learn to RESPOND based on well thought out readiness procedures.

Roles and responsibilities, appropriate actions, communication strategies, evacuation procedures and impact on business will be discussed.

This training session should be looked at as part of a company’s Risk Management. Learn how to identify the risk and have a plan in place with the goal of mitigating the risk and minimizing the impact.
