The modern workplace is no different than those of years past, with Generation Y, Generation X and Baby Boomers all co-existing in the same workplace. As the newest generation entering the workforce, Generation Z brings unique characteristics, values and expectations that require a fresh approach to leadership. This session will explore how leaders need to take on the challenge of integrating new workers while still respecting the seniority and experience of older ones.

Workshop Objectives:

1.      Review the workplace characteristics of the 3 generations dominating today’s workforce,

2.      Differentiate between the Y and Z generations and their communication styles, and

3.      Take away ideas and strategies of how to adapt training, motivating and leading the Gen Z workforce.
