This training will guide you through specific event operational elements and examples to exhibit core event direction and purpose, including:

  • What event elements are incorporated into planning small and large events?
  • How do you create event flow and movement for seamless program?
  • How do volunteers play a significant role in event success?
  • Is evaluation an important part of event closure?
