Unconscious bias influences how we perceive, interact and make decisions—often without realizing it. Left unexamined, these biases can impact workplace culture, quality of service, relationships, and opportunities for growth. This interactive workshop provides a safe space to explore the roots of unconscious bias, understand its effects, and practice strategies to reduce its impact. Participants will gain tools to foster greater self-awareness, challenge assumptions and create more inclusive environments where everyone feels valued. 

 

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

•   Define unconscious bias and recognize how it shows up in the workplace 

•   Identify personal and systemic biases that influence workplace dynamics

•   Explore the impact of bias on decision-making, communication, and leading 

•   Practice strategies to interrupt bias and make more equitable choices
