| Description: | | We all deserve a respectful workplace. When people at work offend, embarrass or humiliate one another, it can damage ones dignity and well-being. Over time disrespectful behaviour in the workplace can lead to an unhealthy work environment and a high rate of turnover. This half day workshop will go over employer responsibilities, appropriate and inappropriate behaviours and the new legislative requirements surrounding Violence and Harassment. This workshop will provide participants with information and practical solutions to help implement and maintain a respectful workplace.
