• take another's perspective concerning a situation 
• learn from past experiences
• apply that learning to the changes in social interactions

Social Intelligence is an extension of emotional intelligence.

OBJECTIVES:

• Explore Social IQ and Emotional IQ 
• Assess ability to read body language
• Discover how empathy impacts social IQ

This session is for frontline staff, teams, emerging leaders and current leaders.

This session will be delivered as part of MTEC's partnership with the Manitoba Customer Contact Association
