This training will guide you through specific event operational elements and examples to exhibit core event direction and purpose, including:

 What is logistic planning and what strategies create efficiency?

  • What is the role of the Event Manager and Event Coordinator?
  • What event elements are incorporated into planning small and large events?
  • How do you create event flow and movement for seamless program?
