Left unexamined, these biases can impact workplace culture, quality of service, relationships, and opportunities for growth. This interactive workshop provides a safe space to explore the roots of unconscious bias, understand its effects, and practice strategies to reduce its impact. Participants will gain tools to foster greater self-awareness, challenge assumptions and create more inclusive environments where everyone feels valued. 

 

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

•   Define unconscious bias and recognize how it shows up in the workplace 

•   Identify personal and systemic biases that influence workplace dynamics

•   Explore the impact of bias on decision-making, communication, and leading 

•   Practice strategies to interrupt bias and make more equitable choices
